Secondary damage is also common, as birds and other wildlife dig into the lawn to feed on the grubs, leaving it further disrupted.

How to Control the Pests

Agralan Lawn Care Nematodes provide an effective, natural solution to control a range of damaging lawn pests without the use of chemicals. These beneficial nematodes actively seek out and infect pest larvae in the soil, releasing bacteria that stop them feeding and lead to their death. The nematodes then reproduce within the larvae, helping to spread control throughout the treated area. This targeted approach protects your lawn while remaining completely safe for pets, children, wildlife and beneficial insects.

How to Use Nematodes

Mix the nematodes with water and apply evenly across the lawn using a watering can or sprayer. For best results, apply to moist soil and keep the lawn well-watered before and after treatment to help the nematodes move through the soil. One application can remain active for up to 6 weeks, providing ongoing protection. Suitable for use on outdoor lawns and garden soil during the active season (April to August). As this is a live product, store it in the fridge and use it before the expiry date. Do not freeze, and once opened, use the entire contents immediately.
