Lonicera similis variety 'Delavayi'

This variety of Lonicera similis, commonly known as 'Delavayi', is a highly underappreciated evergreen honeysuckle. It boasts glossy foliage that remains evergreen, provides abundant and long-lasting flowers, and is wonderfully fragrant. It is a versatile plant that thrives in most soil conditions, attracting birds and pollinators. The clusters of tubular white flowers, which eventually turn yellow after being fertilized, emit a truly delightful scent. In the autumn, it produces black berries.
