Tulipa 'Columbine' Bulbs

Tulip 'Columbine' is a rare variety of tulip with a long history. Given adequate care, each bulb produces a plant up to 50cm tall, with a single flower of intermingling lilacs, purples, maroons, and whites. The resulting bloom is a sight to behold. The Columbine tulip is most suited to moist, well-aerated soil and a sunny environment to reach its full growth potential.

Tulip 'Columbine' is a member of both the Rembrandt and historical tulip groups. Rembrandt varieties are recognisable by their petal streaks resembling flames.
