Tulip 'Holland Chic' is a beautiful, one-of-a-kind flower. Its petals are thinner than the average tulip, curling and twirling away from the centre. At first, the petals are a pristine white with a tiny red dot; as it ages, a rose-colored hue blankets the entire bloom.
